National Pacific Properties
National Pacific Properties (NPP) was formed in 2005 to undertake land development and create a range of new, vibrant residential communities.
Complexity is no barrier to success, and NPP has the skills and experience to handle any land development challenge including contaminated sites, other environmental challenges, difficult land assemblies or servicing constrained land.
NPP acquires land to develop in its own right, as an equity participant with others, or enters into agreements with land owners to develop land on their behalf. NPP sells land directly to the public, and also partners with a wide range of builders to provide complete house and land packages.
From small infill projects on diffcult sites to large scale, broad hectare, master-planned communities, NPP is highly experienced and equipped to manage a diverse range of projects.
